First event schedueled …

Just wanted to put up a quick post that we are finally getting this towns chapter off the ground. Though we are not kicking off in Grants Pass we are starting off with a bang. The Rogue River – Rooster Crow will be the site for this first outing. Our small team will be there June 28th from 9AM – 5PM, in the vendor area. We still have a little printing to do but, we are mostly ready. I want to thank everyone who is helping make this happen (you know who you are). Please keep us in prayer as; this is a really big endeavor for a first outing but, I think it will be great. God bless you and, hope to see you there.

We got approval from the pastoral coucil to start …

Just this last Thursday we finally got to meet before the pastoral council here at St Anne’s. I was not personally present but, Jimmy was there and, I had sent a letter to be read. Apparently the letter and Jimmy were both well received and approval was given to start this chapter of SPSE here in Grants Pass Oregon. We have neither picked a time or a location for our first day out but, both will be planned soon. I will keep you all informed as plans solidify. God bless you this day.

Getting off the ground …

Welcome to the Grants Pass page of St. Paul Street Evangelization! Right now we are a group of one but, (hopefully) soon we will be many. I just made successful contact with the main group yesterday so, we are just getting started but, that does not mean we can’t get things moving. If you are interested in helping out or just want to know more please check out the main site; most questions will be answered there. Feel free to contact me for information on what we are going to do and when. Right now there is nothing planned but, I hope that will change very soon.
God love you and, so do I.

Welcome to your local chapter of St. Paul Street Evangelization.

St. Paul Street Evangelization is a grassroots, non-profit organization, dedicated to responding to the mandate of Jesus to preach the Gospel to all nations by taking our Catholic Faith to the streets. We do this in a non-confrontational way, allowing the Holy Spirit to move in the hearts of those who witness our public Catholic presence.

Christ’s call to evangelize was made to every Catholic Christian, and the Second Vatican Council reiterated this need, urging each of the baptized to bring the Gospel, found fully in the Catholic Church, to a culture that has largely reverted to paganism. As an on-the-street Catholic evangelization organization, St. Paul Street Evangelization provides an avenue for you to share the Person of Jesus Christ and the truth and beauty of the Catholic Faith with a hungry culture. Click Get Involved on the menu to find out how you can help.
