We are now offering three new full-color pamphlets on:

▪ The Divinity of Jesus in the Bible
▪ The Shroud of Turin
▪ My Ticket to Heaven
The Divinity of Jesus in the Bible
The Shroud of Turin
My Ticket to Heaven

The Divinity of Jesus in the Bible pamphlet is an updated version of our popular Divinity of Christ pamphlet.

The Shroud of Turin pamphlet goes into detail about the most scientifically investigated human artifact that has even existed, and it seems very much to point to being the burial cloth of Jesus. And if it is truly his burial cloth, it shows without a doubt the great suffering that he endured for our salvation.

The Ticket to Heaven pamphlet gets people to think about death, judgment, heaven and hell-- a topic that few want to contemplate, but is extremely effective in getting people to change their lives.

Sustaining partners can access all of our color pamphlets as free, downloadable PDF files, copier-friendly (B&W) versions. You can also print your own copies of all of our pamphlets, unlimited and royalty-free, as well as order pamphlets and other materials at discounted prices with free shipping.

Our pamphlets are a great way to learn more about our faith and share it with other on the street. Order your copies today!

Explaining John Chapter Six

Detroit, MI. Br. Andre, Beth, and Mark evangelized at the local farmer’s market again on a cold fall morning.

Mark and Br. Andre had a brief conversation with an elderly Sikh man. We offered him a Miraculous Medal, which he declined for himself but said that he would give it to his grandson. His daughter converted to Christianity and her family is Christian. We offered a medal for himself and to pray with him, he declined both offers, but he seems supportive of the Christians in his family.

A van parked directly in front of us and, before the driver got out, we noticed that he had a rosary on the rearview mirror. Mark recognized the driver, Juan from a conversation about a month ago. Br. Andre had a lengthy conversation, about 40 minutes, talking to Juan. They talked about the authority of the Church, priestly ministry, and much more. Br. Andre finished by talking about the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. The Greek word “trogo” is used in John 6 and other passages — “trogo” is commonly translated as “eat” but it more accurately means “gnaw” or “chew”. Br. Andre said that this meant that we literally eat the Flesh of Jesus Christ in Holy Communion, not in a mere metaphorical way.

A Mixed Lot

Boise, ID. Human beings form a mixed lot, but God loves every single one of us and wants us each saved. So we try to nudge whomever we encounter closer toward Him. A woman, all smiles, came to the table and, in broken English, thanked us for being there. A Catholic from a country far to the south of here, she was in town to visit family. She remarked that we were the first Christians she had seen professing their faith out in public in America, and she’s been here five months. In her country, she said, you see many Christians out evangelizing on the streets. She chose a Rosary and received a Rosary booklet in Spanish. Lord, fill American Catholics with the fire of faith, that they may point others to You.

A man passing by accepted a Rosary. A non-Catholic Christian, he listened with interest to the explanation of the devotion as being Christ-centered. He also really appreciated the Bible citations for each Mystery. Chuck, one of our evangelists, also recalls a second, almost identical encounter with another non-Catholic Christian man during the session.

Later, a man passing by declined a Rosary somewhat angrily. The following man might have seen that, for he came and politely accepted one, perhaps out of polite charity. He seemed uninterested, though, in the Rosary’s spiritual aspects. May God bless him for his charity and lead him home to You!
