MISSIONARY EVANGELIST – RANDY HUSAYNU

St. Paul Urban Missionaries (SPUM) is a local offshoot of St. Paul Street Evangelization (SPSE), an Apostolate of the Archdiocese of Detroit. SPSE is a grassroots, non-profit organization, dedicated to responding to the mandate of Jesus to preach the Gospel to all nations by taking our Catholic Faith to the streets. We do this in a non-confrontational way, allowing the Holy Spirit to move in the hearts of those who witness our public Catholic presence.

As a Missionary Evangelist for St. Paul Urban Missionaries, I am dedicated to the mission of the Catholic Church to proclaim the Good News of the Gospel, make disciples of Christ, and lead all souls to heaven. It’s my desire that through “street evangelization,” I can meet people where they’re at and lead them to a way to personally encounter Jesus Christ in their lives. I do this by inviting them to join me in local bible studies, small group faith sharing, and other ways to discover Christ.

In my own life, I have surrendered my will to our loving Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, to save souls and make disciples. “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me; and the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me”. Galatians 2:20. After having been a Stock Broker for 25 years, and an Evangelization Coordinator since 2012, I have finally found my purpose in life that God created me for, which I discovered in the bible: “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations”. Matthew 28:19.
