Well folks, this is the third time the Griswold Team took to the streets in Mystic, CT, and, although there is a significant occult presence there, the Friars did not have recourse to any charms, but only to the blessings from above obtained by prayer.   The first time in Mystic was an utter flop, the second time was quite good, and this time was amazing!  So many medals and so many meaningful conversations.

Fr. Ignatius spoke with a wonderful young Baptist couple for around 40 min. discussing many important points: the canon of Scripture, authority, baptism, grace, salvation, mortal/venial sin, Confession, Church history and Ecclesiology.  The two were so very sincere and interested and, in the end, accepted a copy of each pamphlet that we had at our table, Miraculous Medals and took a screen shot of the Magisterium AI QR Code.

A novice, Friar John Michael, joined us for the first time doing street evangelization and he simply said, "I'm all about it."

So what in the world is going on?  How has there been such a radical change in the Team's experience at Mystic?  The only thing that we have done different is that we've asked more people to pray for us and, if possible, during our time out there. There's our takeaway: if possible, have people pray and fast for the Team, especially during the time that you're out on the street, then expect the blessings from above.
