PRAY AND NEVER GIVE UP
Bob and I were met with many people waiting for us at the bus stop, as their miraculous medals were missing and they were requesting more. It is so wonderful as we walk through the terminal to see so many people wearing our miraculous medals or Benedictine crosses. I am sure Mary is interceding so powerfully as we pray with these people like Raymond who I had met a number of years ago and have been praying everyday that God would bring him back to the Catholic church as he was raised Catholic and went to the local Catholic high school. Through a series of circumstances over the years he had left the church and wound up with the wrong crowd, started drinking, became addicted and homeless. I prayed many times with him to give his life back to God and he renounced the spirit of alcoholism. I gave him resources to help him and urged him to go back to church and go to confession. Low and behold after several months he got off the bus and greeted us, completely sober and told me he had hooked up with the Catholic church again and full of hope. God is good. Our prayers are powerful. His picture is below.
elly, Bob and I encountered many people to pray with. I am so grateful to have Nelly as she connects with all the Spanish people. Please pray for George, Maria, Ed and Ingrid who are all looking for a new job that God would provide and for Joanna to follow through on returning to the church. I prayed for Janine who lost her wallet and had just moved to the area and looking for a Catholic church. I pray her wallet was returned to her and she follow up on the information given to her. I asked Isaac if he would like to hear some good news and it amazes me, but he has never heard the gospel. One thing about evangelizing at the bus stop you have time to really witness to people as they wait for their bus. He was totally listening and was eager to receive information on the truths of our faith and the local churches. May God reveal His love to Isaac and bring him to the fullness of the truth.
Paula and Tom had a fruitful outing in praying with many people and spreading the joy of the Lord around in the midst of the Jehovah Witnesses and Mormons evangelizing there also. May God\'s truth prevail! We pray that this little chapter will continue to bear much fruit for God\'s kingdom and that Our Lady would guide us.
