OUR SOULS OUR THIRSTING FOR THE LIVING GOD

Created: Nov 1, 2026

Bob and I met Paula at the bus stop on this beautiful Saturday afternoon. She immediately went to work and met Sharon whose husband has dementia and prayed with her and also Brian who was suffering grief at the death of his girlfriend.  May God give them both peace.  I met a fourteen year old, Chloe, with heavy make up on and long fake eyelashes.  She was poorly clad and alone.  I asked about her family and shared with her that she was not alone and that God loved her.  She looked at me puzzled as she had never been told that God is real and that He loves her.  I asked her permission if I could say a short prayer over her and she welcomed it.  I asked God to protect her and Our Lady to guide her to her Son and put other Christians into her life and good friends.   She was very thankful for the miraculous medal and the prayers  There were also other young adults who had never heard the gospel, David, Kyle, Isaiah, and Larry who grew up not belonging to any church.  May God open their eyes to the truth of who He is and His love for them. So many young adults are lost. John, who is deaf, was very eager to get prayed over and receive information about the different churches in the area, along with Elsie and Mary Lou.  May God heal John and lead them all to the fullness of the truth.

Amparo, Bob and I went out last Thursday and Amparo was able to connect with a young man from Honduras who needed information about housing and the churches in the area.  He was a single dad, carrying for his young child.  He was so glad to receive this information and help. Thank you Amparo for reaching out to him.  As I was witnessing to someone, AJ, a Buddhist woman was listening and she approached me for more information about the good news and the different churches in the area.  People are so hungry for the truth.  David on our team has been talking to our friend, Abubakeh who is a Muslim,  Doug also befriended him a long time ago when he was on the team.  I was so grateful to order the pamphlet \\\\\\\"Jesus, More
Than a Prophet\\\\\\\" from SPSE for David to give to him.  May God also open his eyes to the fullness of the truth.  Their picture is below.

May our little chapter continue to bear much fruit for God’s kingdom and Our Lady guide us.
