Evangelists John, Lisa, Phil, Suzanne, and Sharon gather on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend to pray for the people of our community.  Team leader Sharon expected a slow day, but before she had finished setting up, Phil had already talked to two people.

O\'s wife had died recently and is looking for a job.  O was accompanied by two young children.  M was very happy to see our evangelization team taking prayer requests and wanted to pray for our evangelization efforts.

R asked we pray for her life and family.  R was walking on the sidewalk and when she returned from her errand, we gave her a medal.  M asked for strength. H wanted prayers for his family. A asked for prayers for the repose of the soul of recently her deceased brother and also for a cousin who is in treatment for substance abuse.

Finally B biked up.  B is a Muslim boy who attended our Free Food events both this year and last year.  B wanted prayers for his family and himself.  In addition to B\'s prayer requests, please pray his family becomes Christian and Catholic.

As we ended our session we prayed the above requests and also the prayer requests that several team members have.
