Stories from the Street
Here we see evangelist Maisa speaking with folks about the Catholic faith during a recent event out in front of the National Shrine of the Little Flower Basilica. In one conversation, our evangelists spoke to a man who was a fallen away Catholic. We told him of the the need to re-join the Church founded by Christ. The man was surprised to find out that all he needed to do to get right was God is to repent of his sins and go to confession.
As we were out in front of the Church, the man went in to get his confession heard and came out “A new man!”
Praise the Lord!! Every time our evangelists go out we see the Holy Spirit at work. One of the most often fruits that we see from our witness is people returning to the Sacraments and Christ’s Church. We know from experience that the “harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few.” Can you join us? If you can, great! If you are unable to physically join us out on the streets, another way to join us is by becoming a supporting member. Join today!
