Stories from the Street

Here we see SPSE street evangelist Fr. Tony Fox, of the Archdiocese of Detroit, as he hears the confession of a gentleman that he evangelized just moments before at the annual Woodward Dream Cruise in Detroit. This young man admitted to the evangelists that he was Catholic but it had been a very long time since his last confession.
No problem Fr. Tony said, “We can take care of that right now. Let’s do this!”
Not all of our street evangelists have the power given by God to forgive sins, but when we have one that does have that power, we put it to good use.
