Stories from the Street
Gaithersburg, MD. Joanne, the founder and team leader of our Gaithersburg, Maryland team is also an “Urban Missionary.” That means that she dedicates her life full time to evangelization. Joanne is enthusiastic, joyful, and a skilled evangelist.

In a recent communication with the national office, Joanne gave us a little update of some of her team’s latest activity, and said, “Holy Saturday we are evangelizing at a grocery store all day to invite people to Easter Mass. I can’t believe this is my job. I feel like I’ve died and gone to heaven!”
Joanne immediately clarified that the life of a full-time evangelist also has its crosses. Please pray for Joanne and the success of her work, and check out Joanne’s website to learn more: https://streetevangelization.com/joannefields/
Praised be Jesus Christ! Joanne is following the call of Jesus Christ to bear witness to the Good News of Salvation, and is reaping the joy that comes from doing the work of God. Will you also follow the call? The harvest is great, but the laborers are few. Join us!
