My friend Brandon and I tried our first outing this past Friday. Unfortunately, it was quite disastrous. For some reason, we got it in our heads that we didn’t have to engage anyone but simply wait for them to come to us. Basically, nothing happened. But we learned from our mistakes and made up for them in our second outing this past Sunday.

We set up in front of the food center at our college, UW-Stevens Point. Right off the bat, we engaged a guy with the Rosary, and he talked with us for a while. He’s had some bad experiences with Catholicism, but he even accepted a “How to Pray the Rosary” pamphlet and gave me his phone number. We totally forgot to pray with him though unfortunately. I’ll have to once I meet up with him again. A few other people accepted Rosaries too.
