The following story comes to us from team leader Rosemarie with our Holy Family parish team in Orange, California:
Our first evangelization outing was a success. I think we did a great job! We chose Hart Park in front of our parish. The park is dog-friendly, has baseball fields, a community swimming pool & summer concerts…so one can find a good mix of people there. We spoke with a man who was going to be a father again and he was looking for a place to set up for his baby shower. He was not from the area but was happy to receive a rosary from us, along with his son. We also prayed over a few people and gave out medals, rosaries and prayer cards. Thank you Anna for coming up with the name for our first outing-Jesus in the Park is perfect! Can’t wait for our next outing! I will keep you posted when it will be.
Praised be Jesus Christ!
StoryNick: Once again, our team evangelized at Rotary GroveFest. For the second year in a row, the Knights of Columbus helped us get a booth for all three days of the festival!…
