The following report comes to us from team leader Nancy with our team in Gaithersburg, MD:

Last Saturday I hit the jackpot of not only having two evangelists with me but three: Tom, David and Mark — all experienced evangelists. It was providential because it was a very busy time and many people needed help, one of which, Rene, had been in and out of the hospital. He was not only suffering physically but wanted to end his life. I called over Mark who is a nurse. I had prayed with Rene many times before that God would free him of his addiction to alcohol but he was really suffering. Mark laid his hand on Rene’s heart and immediately he felt this heat and asked Mark “what did you do?” The power of God was very visible. We prayed more and I asked God that he would deliver him from a spirit of death and give him peace. Mark at that time called the ambulance and Rene was happy to be taken to the hospital. I believe God worked in Rene’s heart. Then, out of the blue this person came on the scene and started cursing at us and the ambulance helpers caring for Rene. I felt like it was something out of Acts. The battle between the two kingdoms was very evident. We prayed the Precious Blood of Jesus and evoked the holy angels to protect everyone. We continue to pray for Rene’s physical and spiritual healing.

Thank you to everyone who came to our annual SPSE dinner in August thanking God for all the graces and healings He has poured out over the year. May God continue to protect and bless our little chapter and Our Lady guide us.
