The following report comes to us from team leader Janet with our team in Galveston, Texas:
What was supposed to be a day of a lot of rain turned into sunshine, which is how God works to turn things around for those who love Him. Our day started out with heavy rain and a thunderstorm and it was supposed to rain all day which left us questioning whether or not we would be able to go out to evangelize as planned. But, God turned that weather forecast around and brought us abundant blessings along with the sunshine that lasted for the remainder of the day. Along with that, God brought many new people to our table and we had so many beautiful encounters! We said prayers of physical healing for many people and that included prayers for a woman who had Parkinson’s disease, a man with tendonitis in his leg, and we even prayed for a woman who refused to stop although her mother told us that she had a brain tumor and would be needing surgery soon. We love praying that the power of Jesus Christ can heal and that He wants to heal people of their physical ailments just like He did in the gospels of the Bible. We hope to bring many beautiful stories and video testimonies back to share in the future.
Praised be Jesus Christ!
