The following report comes to us from team leader Beth with our Sacred Heart team in Havertown, Pennsylvania:
The 30th Annual Haverford Township Day happened on Saturday, October 4th. It’s a community celebration that includes a parade, live music and entertainment, food, a flea market and a craft fair. We showed up and evangelized and it went very well. Thank you Lord for each person who purchased materials, set up, broke down, handed out Miraculous Medals and Rosaries, made Rosaries, and even allowed us to use their bathroom! A great deal of effort went into this from the Legion of Mary Curia. Our little group was privileged to help a little. There were many fruitful conversations especially with younger people. A young man named John (I was told) engaged in conversation for an hour. More than once someone was attracted to a Miraculous Medal and asked “Do you know what this is?” From that question many times the Gospel was proclaimed. Often people took literature. As far as I was told, a total of 265 Miraculous Medals and large quantities of Rosaries were taken.
Praised be Jesus Christ!
