After a two day Basic Evangelization Training workshop at Sacred Heart Major Seminary in Detroit many of our trainees went evangelizing with the team at Noel Night in Detroit.

Our team members offered rosaries to those passing and asked if they knew that the rosary is a prayer. One of our evangelists, Adam (not pictured), talked to 3 people who all said they would consider the Catholic faith. One was a fallen away Catholic who saw us and wanted to introduce her son to the rosary when she saw we were handing them out. We invited them to come back to Mass and they said they would go.

Another was a Baptist who was surprised to see Catholics evangelizing and accepted CDs & other materials from us. We found common ground in our shared faith in Jesus Christ for our salvation. He agreed to learn more and consider becoming Catholic. The third was an evangelical Christian who was surprised at how much we have in common. We invited her to join us at Mass.

Street evangelization is easy, fun, and energizing, so join us!
