Phoenix, AZ. It’s hot days like these where we often look for shelter from the sun. We may even wish, as the psalmist says in Psalm 91, that God’s wings would appear so we could take refuge (although he’s likely not referring to shelter from the Phoenix sun!). Our evangelists withstood the heat and held up their signs and crucifixes proudly to let passing cars know of God’s love for them.

The following report comes to us from team leader Sean with our team in Tempe, AZ:
We went out to a street corner on a typical Phoenix summer day (115 degrees) to share the good news. โ€œThis is the day which the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.โ€ (Psalms 118:24) The three evangelists (myself included) brought signs, crucifixes, sunglasses, and the joy of the Lord to hold up for people driving by to see.
Praised be Jesus Christ!
