The following report comes to us from team leader Nick who heads up our team in Joliet, IL:
We went to the Naperville Riverwalk again, and it was all new recruits! One of our station leaders, Rachel, got my wife and I involved in a group of young adults in the area. From that group we recruited five new evangelists for the day, and it seems all of them want to go out again at some point. While I myself didn’t have too many encounters, some of the others did.

From that group, we recruited five new evangelists for the day, and it seems all of them want to go out again at some point. While I myself didn’t have too many encounters, some of the others did, appreciation at least for some of the people we encountered. I feel that it helped them to know that someone cared and maybe they will think about the experience at some point in their life; and that maybe the instrument that leads them closer to God. It felt like a good use of time and made me happy.”
One of our other first-timers, a young 18-year old named Anthony, was very outgoing, and he gave away all of the Rosaries we gave him, and he gave out a few booklets on how to pray the Rosary. One of those people, a middle-aged woman, told him she was looking for a church to go to since everything is closed with many of the Protestant communities. He told her she has a home in the Catholic Church, and they exchanged info as he directed her to the nearest parish.
Praised be Jesus Christ!
