The following is a continuation of yesterday’s story and comes to us from team leader Lucy with our team in Boise, ID:

A man walked by. He stopped momentarily, then refused our offer of a free Rosary by proclaiming his identity as a follower of the very enemy of his soul. One of the evangelists called after him, “God is calling you back into the light!” He responded with a multi-finger gesture. God, save him!

A man on an electric scooter circled back when he heard our offer. He considered himself agnostic, though he had grown up Christian. He couldn’t say why he was agnostic, but a good friend of his had just started back to church and was working on getting him to return as well. He seemed mostly focused on the Rosary as a necklace, but admitted that maybe he needed some prayer. Please pray for him, may the example of his friend lead him to faith in Christ Jesus.

A young man with the tattoo of a little rose behind his right ear stopped at the table. He was unfamiliar with the Rosary and considered himself vaguely “not really religious”. He listened politely as we encouraged him to get to know Jesus through the Mysteries and to feel free to ask questions in the prayer. He also accepted a Good News/kerygma pamphlet and said he would read both it and the Rosary pamphlet. Noticing his tattoo as he was getting ready to move on, we suggested he look for a link between the rose on his skin and the Rosary in his hand. Please pray he reads the pamphlets with an open heart and mind. Mystical Rose, pray for him.

Altogether, the two evangelists gave away another 20-25 Rosaries and its pamphlet, as well as 1-2 Divine Mercy prayer cards, 1-2 Good News/kerygma pamphlets, and 1-2 Our Lady Untier of Knots prayer cards.

Please pray for us today, asking God to send us people whose hearts are ready to recognize their need for Our Savior Jesus Christ and His Church, so that our efforts may bear abundant fruit for His Kingdom. Even though the world often obscures the Good News of God’s enduring love and mercy, it remains ever true. So thank you for your prayers and support. May God protect and richly bless you and all those you love!
