The following report comes to us from team leader Josette with our St. John’s SPSE team in Pottsville, PA:

I am the team leader for the St. John Pottsville PA team. We attended the St. John the Baptist Lenten Fish Dinner on Friday. We set up outside the building entrance with a handful of rosaries and our Prayer Station sign. We offered free rosaries and prayer to patrons leaving the building and many declined stating they already have a lot of rosaries and not in need of prayer.

There was a group of 4 kids who walked past us, appearing to be ages 7 to 14. We asked them if they would like a free rosary or ever heard of the rosary and one girl “Miranda” accepted and picked the one Our Lady of Guadalupe medal I had on a chain that was mixed in with the rosaries. I asked Miranda if she knew anything about Our Lady of Guadalupe and she heard of her but did not know the story. As I told her the story of how we got the image of Our Lady of Guadelupe, Miranda became more and more focused on the story, and the three other kids also listened very attentively. Miranda then accepted prayer.

Later, a woman “Krissy” was leaving the dinner and she was very accepting of prayer for her family and for her inner ear condition causing her to be dizzy quite often. We prayed for her family and a spirit of Meniere’s to leave, and for total restoration and healing of the nerves and inner ear (in Jesus’ name of course!). We received a text message today from “Krissy” stating she woke up today with no dizziness for the first time in several weeks!

Praised be Jesus Christ!
